Anyone up for some a taco?
In honor of National Taco Day this upcoming Monday, I figured it was about time to share the best TexMex around! I don’t know about you, but I’m practically always craving chips & dip.
Head over to one of these spots for the best in Dallas!
Chuy’s is scattered around DFW (plus a lot of different parts of the US) and is a TexMex staple! Stop by happy hour for discounted margaritas and a free nacho bar with all of the fixings. Did some say FREE queso??
I’m going to make a big statement here… This is probably my favorite TexMex in Dallas! But honestly, they just have really great margaritas and the location is right in the center of Uptown. The patio is awesome on a crisp fall day too!
If you’re in the mood for something a little trendier and modern, Velvet Taco’s fast-casual setup is the perfect vibe! The buffalo chicken taco + chicken & waffle (in a taco) is my go-to. And don’t forget the tots with an egg on top!
You can never go wrong with Mi Cocina. This spot is great for big groups, birthdays and, again, margaritas! The Mambo Taxi is actually known as one of the best drinks in Dallas and it does not disappoint.
This Dallas staple is a classic you don’t want to miss out on. Another great spot for large parties and a totally family place! This is as TexMex as it gets.
