Featuring allll of the pink spots!
Dallas is filled with the coolest photo backdrops (and a whole lot of pink if you know where to find it). Whether you’re looking for a bright pop of color or a classic city shot, you’re in for a treat!
Here are a few of my favorite spots to snap a pic in Dallas.
And yes, most of them are pink.
XOXO Dining Room
3121 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75225
So this is a spot you really can’t miss - I’m pretty sure you can even see it 10,000 feet up in an airplane since it's so vibrant. Located off of Ross Avenue just minutes from Uptown, XOXO Dining Room is the pink backdrop of your dreams (I’ve literally dreamed about this place before).
This perfectly girly spot is actually a really awesome restaurant filled with photos ops the second you arrive. Snap a pic outside of the hot pink facade and then step inside for all of the pink moments you can imagine!
Rainbow Corner
3009 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75226
This area in Deep Ellum is one of my all-time favorite sites. In a single parking lot, you’ll find a few awesome photos spots including a peace sign mural, a light pink brick wall, and of course, the infamous rainbow corner.
This spot is slightly hidden, but pull into the parking lot behind Flea Style and you’ll find it all! Because it’s off of the main street with limited obstructions, it’s also super easy to take your time with all of the photos and get the perfect shot.
Design District Murals
1313 N Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207
If I’m in for a big photo day, I’m heading straight to the Design District. Drive up and down the streets and discover colorful doors, garages, and one-of-a-kind murals everywhere you look. It's also a great spot for classic white walls and lots of brick moments.
When you first head over, check out the large mural wall on Riverfront! Each week, there's new art instillations on the lawn around the area (like a super cute pink van). The bright purple backdrop is my personal favorite.
***Bonus! Just around the corner from this mural is a pretty pink garage that can make any photo pop.
Pastel Paint Splatter Steps
In the alleyway behind 1112 N Industrial Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207
I wish I could spare you all with the space puns, but I think we can all agree that this spot is out of this world... In an alleyway just outside of the Design District, this colorful art is the perfect city chic backdrop. All of the pinks, blues, purples and greens that you can imagine! If you walk out to the street to snap a pic, you’ll even get a good view of the Dallas skyline in your photos.
West Village Murals
3699 McKinney Ave, Dallas, TX 75204
Heading back to Uptown, West Village is a great lifestyle spot to snap a picture. If you're looking for a bit more color, head over to the main parking garage for lots of cool murals up and down the area! I'm sure you've seen this geometric wall many, many times. It's a Dallas gem.
It's so fun to drive around the city and explore new areas to take pictures! I'm truly on a mission to find all of the pink in Dallas.
